Our connection with Findhorn
During the 1980s and 1990s, Cullerne House was owned by the Findhorn Foundation. Many people stayed or gathered here while exploring community living, spirituality, personal development and new approaches to sustainability.
In 2000, long-term community member Marion Leigh made Cullerne House her family home and the base for Findhorn Flower Essences. In 2022, the house was bought by a group of owners with connections to the Findhorn Foundation and Community.

Exploring Findhorn
Cullerne House stands among mature trees beside Cullerne Garden. A short walk leads to The Park Ecovillage, while paths through dune heath and woodland continue towards the Moray Firth.
Findhorn village and the tidal bay of the River Findhorn are also within walking distance. This gives guests and groups several options for a walk before breakfast, between sessions or at the end of the day.
The house remains closely connected with Findhorn life while offering its own setting for B&B guests, workshop participants and organisers.

Cullerne Garden is next to the house but is managed separately. Venue hire does not include use of the garden; any planned activity or access there must be agreed separately in writing.
